Mr. Pratik M. Makwana, the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Akshar Spintex Ltd, has resigned and Mr. Harikrushna Shamjibhai Chauhan, the Chairman Cum Whole Time Director, will act as the Compliance Officer until a new Company Secretary is appointed.
