Akg Exim Limited reported that on October 9, 2025, Mrs. Mahima Goel agreed to sell 73,39,200 equity shares (23.10% of total equity) at INR 13.00 each to Mr. Kalapi Vinit Nagada under a Share Purchase Agreement.
