Affle (India) Ltd disclosed that as of December 31, 2024, there has been no deviation in the utilization of funds raised through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of Rs. 5906.90 million in May 2021; ₹4594.03 million has been utilized so far for general corporate purposes.
