Affle (India) Ltd has appointed Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Chaudhary as an Independent Director and Mr. Charles Yong Jien Foong as a Non-Executive Director for a term of five years, effective October 1, 2024, while Mr. Vipul Kedia will resign from his role as Executive Director, also effective October 1, 2024, to focus on key business areas.
