Advait Energy Transitions Ltd has sold 100% of its stake in A&G Hydrogen Technologies and Advaiteco Technologies to its subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited, for a total of 2,00,000; the companies will now be considered step-down subsidiaries. This transaction is expected to be completed by December 3, 2025.
