ADSTL/HASL have acquired 39% of Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC) for cash, aiming to expand their aviation services footprint; completion of the remaining 33.8% stake is expected in January 2026, with FY2024-25 turnover of INR 195 crore and an enterprise value of INR 820 crore.
