The company has appointed M/s Kapish Jain & Associates as the Statutory Auditors to fill up the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. RKJS & CO LLP. They have also regularized Ms. Jagrutiben Deepakbhai Parmar as a Non-Executive director and Mr. Hirwani Jayantibhai Vaghela as an Executive Director.
