Aanchal Ispat Ltd has announced the appointment of four new directors, effective April 10, 2025, following a resolution plan. The new appointments include Mr. Mukesh Goel as Managing Director and two Non-Executive Independent Directors, Ms. Chetna and Ms. Nilu Nigania.
