360 ONE WAM LTD has announced a strategic collaboration with UBS on wealth management solutions, and plans to issue 2,05,02,939 warrants at Rs. 1,030 each, convertible to equity shares, with the net consideration for the transaction being Rs. 307 crores. Active assets under management are approximately Rs 26,000 crores as of December 31, 2024.
