On April 23, 2025, 360 ONE WAM LTD announced approval for issuance of non-convertible debt securities of up to Rs. 250 Crores, an interim dividend of Rs. 6 per share, and the re-appointment of its Managing Director, Mr. Karan Bhagat, along with financial results showing a PAT of Rs. 1,015 Crores for FY25, up 26.6% YoY.
