360 ONE WAM LTD has approved the issue of up to 33,33,333 warrants to Mr. Saahil Murarka at Rs. 1,174.13 each, convertible into fully paid-up equity shares, and the acquisition of B&K Securities for Rs. 1774.24 crores, partly in cash and partly in equity shares.
